Jessie Rard is a contortion and active flexibility coach based in Gainesville, Florida, specialising in strength training for hypermobility and chronic illness, including EDS, POTS, and MCAS. She founded Twisted Fox Training, through which she offers online and in-person one-to-one coaching, group classes, and medical advocacy support to circus artists, aerialists, and dancers.
